Hello, we are going through the process of having my daughter evaluated
for "Special Education" at school. The Parents rights rules we were
given by the school States "as having one of thirteen disabiliting
conditions which are defined in federal regulation, who because of the
disability needs special education"
So does anyone have a clue as to weither Dyslexia is a recognized
disability? and if so where is it written? I'm spending the day reading
the A.D.A of 1990. Any other resources out there?
Thanks for your time!
Dyslexic Dad (I'm thankful someone invented Spell checker!)
Michael :-)
