Semantic Pragmatic Disorder / Expressive Language Disorder / Mixed Receptive-Expressive Language Disorder

Tony,
I couldn't find this specifically in the DSM IV (Diagnostic/Statistical
Manual). Under communication disorders are: Expressive Language Disorder,
Mixed Receptive-Expressive Language Disorder, Phonological Disorder,
Stuttering, and Communication Disorder NOS (not otherwise specified. I think
that Semantic Pragmatic Disorder must be speech-language pathology jargon
rather than psychiatric jargon.

From reading around, it seems that his condition is faily well described by
sematic pragmatic disorder. Is there a DSM for this condition?
