Just discovering having a learning disability when your an adult .

Posted by Dawn

I have just been diagnosed with a learning dissabilitie .i allways new i had it but its now been diagnosed.I have a form of add.And will be looking into ritalin or dexedrin and other medications .Im looking into them first be for i decide if im going to take them .And i must say what i read on these drugs really makes things a bit frustrating .I read a bunch of sites saying stay way from these drugs that have dangerous side affects and i think on one hand its easy for some to stay away from these drugs when they dont know what its like to live with a dissabilty .If you have arthritis or diabities or some other problem they dont scream stay drug free.On the other hand when i read some of the side effects caused by ritalin and dexedrin they are bit scary so its hard to know what to think .and im not a young child on top of it all im 29 and just starting to treat my problem .So whats one to do .
